Jesch Augustin is an associate attorney with the firm concentrating her practice in Estate Administration and Civil Litigation. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and North Carolina and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Western District of North Carolina. Before joining, Ms. Augustin served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida, prosecuting adult felony and delinquency cases, and worked as a Victim’s Rights Attorney in homicide cases.

Ms. Augustin earned her law degree from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law and holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Spelman College. She also completed the Transforming Community and Public Policy program at American University.

In addition to her legal career, Ms. Augustin is the founder of RESTT, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping mothers who have experienced intimate partner violence navigate the criminal justice system as they seek justice against their abusers. Her accomplishments include placing first in both the Thurgood Marshall Southern Region and National Mock Trial competitions in 2017, interning at The White House in the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships in 2014, and working as a Campaign Associate at Every Child Matters Education Fund in Washington, DC.

In her personal time, Ms. Augustin enjoys reading, mentoring, and serving as a spiritual leader to youth and young adults in her community.
